+Shipping times vary depending on distance, route, and carrier availability. Typically, cross-country shipments take 7-14 days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you receive your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
+You can make deposits and carrier payments securely through our TBS app using credit cards, debit cards, or electronic transfer. We also accept traditional payment methods like cashier's checks and wire transfers. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery?
+You or an authorized representative must be present for both pickup and delivery to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) and complete the vehicle inspection. However, with our electronic BOL system in the TBS app, you can sign documents digitally if needed.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged during transport?
+All carriers are required to carry insurance. Before transport, a detailed vehicle inspection report with diagrams is completed and documented in our TBS app with photos. Any existing damage is noted. If damage occurs during transport, you can file a claim with the carrier's insurance company using the inspection report and photos from the app.
